Charles, bringing over 25 years of experience in Central Europe's real estate markets. Prior to this role, he served as Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield Poland. Charles has an extensive track record (over EUR 5 bn) of delivering significant capital markets transactions across all sectors including the aquisitiuon of Magnolia and Riviera acquired for Union Investment, Galeria Dominikanska acquired for Atrium, Karolinka and Pogoria acquired for Rockcastle, Galeria Sloneczna for Reico, Jantar Slupsk for Tristan Capital Partners and Fashion House Portfolio for DWS. Charles is currently seeking a JV partner for a substantial retail park portfolio located across Poland.Throughout his career, Charles has been instrumental in transacting across all commercial sectors in core Central European markets, including Croatia. He has collaborated with a broad spectrum of clients, such as DWS, Union Investment, Skanska, Ghelamco, Heitman, Invesco, CBRE IM, and Griffin Capital Partners. Notably, he advised Wing on the successful acquisition of a majority stake in the leading Polish developer Echo Investment.

Krzysztof has over 15 years of experience in the real estate and financial services. Krzysztof joined Knight Frank in 2011 after spending over 2 years in PwC having worked on audit and due diligence projects of real estate and financial sector projects. Krzysztof’s primary focus is maintaining relationships with all key industry players and sourcing new capital on the Polish real estate market. Within the team, has worked on numerous recognizable projects including acquisition and disposal of commercial buildings, debt financing and plots transactions, among others number of warehouse projects acquisition of production facility in Katowice, Rockwell Automation, disposal of Castorama warehouse in Stryków, disposal of TDP Industrial Park near Warsaw or disposal of portfolio of two warehouse projects in Szczecin and Bydgoszcz owned by Waimea. Krzysztof is responsible also for supervision of the due diligence and negotiations of transaction terms. Krzysztof holds a reputable CCIM title.

Michał has over 17 years experience. He trained in Deloitte’s real estate team, led the investment transactions at Knight Frank in Poland and was head of acquisitions at the largest listed (and partially state owned) Polish real estate company - PHN.During his career, Michał has dealt with investment transactions valued at over EUR 1 billion across all commercial sectors including warehouse, office and retail. His role within the team involves managing relationships with key clients and establishment of new connections to facilitate sourcing of capital. Michał has recently transacted on several retail assets including acquisition of two retail parks to LCP. Michał is well versed in financial modelling, debt raising, commercial underwriting and the various asset management processes. Michał is CCIM qualified.

George has over 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial services. He joined Knight Frank in 2020 returning to CEE from the UK. Previously George had been a Regional Director at JLL heading their Capital Markets team in Czech Republic and Slovakia. George’s primary focus is maintaining relationships with all key industry players and sourcing new capital on the Polish real estate market. During his time in CEE he has transacted over EUR 2.5bn of real estate working with many of the leading investors and developers. George focusses on the Polish logistics, office and retails sectors. George is a member of the RICS. Major clients include Reico, Generali, Trigranit, VGP, AFI, DRFG, MDC2, Hillwood, Ghelamco, Fortress and Waimea.

Sylwia has joined Knight Frank recently, after spending almost 5 years in Cushman & Wakefield having workedon due diligence projects of real estate and analysed BTR and PBSA market. Sylwia’smain focusis on growing PRS market in Poland, maintaining relationships with all key clients interestedin rental sector as well as due diligence. In her portfolio of successfully closed transactions we can find i.e.acquisition of 56% stake in Echo Investments on behalf of WING, Hungary’s leading real estate company, due diligence on YIT portfolio on behalf of NREP, disposal of office building at Jana Kazimierza on behalf of Servier Services or warehouse in Radomsko on behalfof the UK’s pension fund, debt financing of various commercial building on behalf of the UK’s pension fund.
